Make Gmail inbox work better for you!

If you are like me and just want your Gmail inbox to have ONLY your email and not unwanted things like "Social" and "Promotions" listed with your emails, you are in luck! Simply follow the steps below to make your life simpler:
Open Gmail in your preferred browser and log in to Google if you are not already logged in.
Click on the "Settings Cog" at the top right corner of Gmail and look for the section called "Inbox Type". Chances are you are set on the default option.
Under the Default type click on the word "Customize".
Uncheck all but "Primary" and click "Save" (Bottom Right in the window).
